    Hello!

I had buy a Generator in September.

My order is block by French Customs because there is not CE mark on the electric good.

They want a "Test Report" and a "Certificate of Compliance with CE " to stop blocking.

    What can i do?
Is that the generator will be destroyed?

    Thank you for your answer

If the Spooky unit does not carry a CE mark, then the French customs were correct in not allowing it in. You should contact the supplier and ask for a CE certificate for the unit. If they say it does not have such a certificate, then tell customs to return the unit back to the supplier and ask the supplier for your money back. They know the laws and should not be shipping electrical goods to Europe without such certification.

It is well known that France and Germany are particularly strict in enforcing CE certification.

I suggest you buy a unit marketed in Europe with CE (preferably med-CE certification). You will find a list of units here:

Let me put it this way. I personally use the BioWave units as they are fully med.CE certified and are used by many hundreds of practitioners and thousands of patients throughout Europe.

If you are living in Europe, they are the safe one to go for as they are fully approved for use by doctors and they have a good track record, particularly in Germany.
