You mentioned getting your equipment from Spectrotek — do you happen to recall when you made that purchase? I’ve been trying to get in touch with Ralph from Spectrotek for the past few months with no luck. I already have everything — the Bat-Tube, wave generator, cables, etc. — but I need the parts from the company, and I just can't seem to get a response. Just wondering if you've had any recent contact or know the best way to reach them, tried by phone, email (they replied at first but later no response) Appreciate any help you can offer!
