hi peter...i bought a biowave22 from you several years ago. i tried for months to get the golden stream chip which peter said such wonderful things about..when i couldnt get an answer i googled for it and found one..but apparently it was from another german company and when i tried to put the chip in, my device went blank... could i send it back to you and you send me another one? i also paid $50. for the chip. i don't need the "chronic fatigue syndrome one" thanks so much for any help.. ariella
