It just makes me sad when news articles like this try and hide what they're really talking about to confuse the public into thinking it's too advanced for them to use right now. You can buy or build a cold plasma ozone generator easily right now.
Syama ... I don't have first hand knowledge of this cold plasma technology but "reactive oxygen species" that is referenced in the news release would indicate ozone related. Most plasma technologies such as atmospheric and vacuum plasma treatments require elevated temperatures for the technology to work. I'm not sure that this directly relates to Rife's technology and ability to kill say cancerous cells in a human body but advancing a technology that can kill antibiotic resistant "superbugs" outside the body is clearly a significant advance.
