Thanks I'll look up the number. I have a feeling both the cleanses and the machine will be doing you good but I'm sure you wish you had faster results especially with all the effort you're putting into it. I think a lot of us feel that way sometimes - so much work for what seem to be such slow results. I guess it goes to show really that there isn't a silver bullet and we need to work hard for our health these days. Keep on going on and if you ever want to try the laser out let me know.
