If someone wanted to adapt an RF device such as a Rife RF system to deliver ELF at 10 Hz, it may be possible to administer 10 Hz as a beat frequency, eg using two devices set at 990 Hz and 1000 Hz modulations. However the RF carriers for the two outputs might need to be of exactly the same RF carrier frequency. ideally they would be drawn from the same RF source circuit, but that is a job for an electronics inventor. Designs like that have probably never been built. Another concept outlined at hrife.com could use heterodyning (combining) of two or more RF sources of nearby frequencies. I dont think anyone has tried to build RF heterodyning devices, but it may be possible instead to drive two FM transmitter outputs with say 990 Hz and 1000 Hz as FM modulations.

re malaria. there was a demonstration in one of the Indian medical journals that 10 Hz magnetic field impacted on malaria parasites in vitro. The parasites store undigested waste products in vacuoles. these contain iron. 10 Hz was thought to induce a Fenton chemical reaction causing the generation of reactive oxygen species such as H2O2 which could poison the parasites. Malaria parasites have active means of evading and suppressing immune attack. It may be that in a weakened state of the parasites, the immune response may begin to overwhelm them. One problem with a proposed therapy like this is that there would be a requirement for repeated patient visits to a clinic over a long period of time. This may not be any more efficient than just delivering drugs to the clinics. An exposure device has never been developed, and I dont think the research ever got to the point of proof in principle.
