What happened
Our webserver was over 15 years old and finally crashed, just after we had completed a full offline backup. Attempts were made to revive the server, but it refused to boot.
We have a full backup of the Rife Forum software and the database, no data has been lost and is safe. There was no data breech, your details and your posts are safe.
A new webserver has been obtained and we are currently trying to restore the forum as it was. Unfortunately, uploading the database backup is not working correctly and we are working on alternative methods of uploading the data, in parts. Normally, this should be a simple task of uploading the data dump, but that process is always breaking after 35% due to the enormous size of the database. We are having to add over 150 tables manually and that is a time consuming task.
We are confident that we will get the Rife Forum back online, it will just take time and a lot of effort. Please be patient.
